Provided by YP.comI waited forever, but understood critical cases trump constipation. Once I did have my pet seen, Dr. Rockett was fantastic. I was so impressed with how much time she took with us explaining what was happening and why.

Provided by YP.comMy experience with this place was bad. They don't explain things to you about the treatment of your pets and their prices are outrageously expensive.

Provided by YP.comUngodly expensive, and no diagnosis! Our Yorkie was critically ill, we had no choice but go there. For $658.00 they would have done an x-ray, a CBC, give him fluids and a pain shot, AND THAT'S IT! The lady told us that he was in critical condition. When we told her we only had 300.00 that night, she asked if there was anyone we could call (at midnight) to get more money because the overnight monitoring would cost us another 6 - 800 dollars!!! We left there with a critically ill Yorkie, no money, and no diagnosis! I will repeat this post on every review board I can find! The reason I give the extra star, is the place was very clean, but I would never go to this er vet again. Maybe they all take advantage of our love for our dogs after hours... (Example, Dix animal gets about $60.00 for a complete x-ray, these guys charge $200.00 for the same x-ray!)
Also, I told the DR that we gave the little guy a teaspoon of organic pure pumpkin for constipation earlier that day, and she looked at me like I was stupid. (pumpkin is a well known and very effective laxative for dogs with constipation)
When the time came to talk to us, she sent some other person to do the dirty work. She reminded me of a used car salesperson)!

Provided by YP.comi took my best friend here. 3 and a half hours later they told me he was sick. the next day i took my dog back to my vet. my vet performed a exam only, he did not need x-rays or blood work to figure out he had an obstruction.the next day my dog had surgery. my best friend did not make it.he was only days short of 6 years old and he died.it took over 3 hours and almost $400 just to tell me he was sick , and they were very wrong. i wasted mine and my friends time here, and he lost his life . i will never go back here.maybe if there is an obvious problem it would have been ok .

Provided by YP.comI had to take 2 of my English Bulldog puppies in for congestion, Dr. Carrie Hawthorne really showed concern, very friendly, and gave different options to fit within my budget. Staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean, I couldn't say enough truly left a great impression for myself and my fuzzy babies. If your in need I definitely would take my companions there, I wouldn't have to second guess myself at all. She was very honest, professional and just overall wonderful. I hope this review actually gives you some idea. I searched and read reviews before I called facilities, I don't just take my fuzzy kids just to anyone. I couldn't say enough about them truly I couldn't.

Provided by YP.comI have had to take both of my dogs here on different occasions. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I didn't think my Jack Russell was coming home after finding and eating a cigarette outside. He's better than ever thanks to their awesome service. I hope no one ever needs an emergency clinic for their animals but if you do this is the place to go.
