Do not try to return anything even with a receipt.

It took 15 minutes to return a $10.00 item. They ask for your drivers license, phone number etc...

All unnecessary waste of time.

Very unsatisfied customer right about now walked in there allen park location because of a nearby gym buddy referral and spent close to 100 dollars that day. Few weeks later noticed that the straps i purchased were wrong so went back to the store only to exchange for the corrext straps and was informed boldly by a manager that they were helpless to my problem because i had no receipt nor original packaging. I pleaded that thee original item purchased was more expensive than the new item in which i wanted to exchange for and that id be happy with just an even exchange with no money back and even offered to leave the new item packaging behind for the store use.As a first time customer who was referred mind you and spent a nice amount i am not satisfied watsoever.
