Katie is thoughtful and professional. I talked to several other companies who refused to work on my fridge because it was a Samsung, Katie was able to fit me in the same day which was a huge blessing as i was concerned about my daughters breast milk getting too warm! She was able to fix our issue quickly and was extremely knowledgeable! I Highly recommend Katie’s appliance repair for all of your appliance repair needs!

I called Katie‘s appliance repair assuming I needed a house call for my broken icemaker. She was able to answer my questions and I was then able to fix the icemaker myself. She was very nice and helpful and of course saved me the cost of a service call. I would highly recommend her to everybody I know

did not get response when requested appointment on line, waited a day and a half then called her directly. Came out but did not know how to remove dryer from on top of washer(I showed her and removed it). Then, was not sure how to remove top of washer to access interior. All she really did was look around with a flash light for a bit then said she was sure it was the tub gasket. Said would cost to much to repair so only charged me senior rate for call. Called in a second opinion and found it to be a hose from tub to pump and done for nominal charge. Lesson learned.

When Katie arrived she put foot protectors on prior to walking around my home. She diagnosed the problem with my washer machine quickly and fixed the problem. I will definitely call on her again for any appliance repairs . L.Evanoff. Brownstown, MI
