Apparently my previous review contained inaccurate information. For that I apologize. I do not want to leave an unfair review.

I had to return to the salon twice after my initial color to have the color corrected. After the third visit I noticed dark spots and contacted the owner for a refund. She refused stating that her stylists bent backwards to accommodate me and I already left a bad review.
The stylists were fixing a mistake made at Pretty Lady Salon. I would expect nothing less then "bending backwards" after an error is made at a salon. The owner also said that her business partner said that I stated that I was happy with my hair. I never said such a thing. In fact, I complained that it was yellow and I was given some purple shampoo to counteract the yellow. I was very willing to give the shampoo a chance and expressed nothing but appreciation for the efforts made by the stylist. However, when I found the dark spots I thought a refund would be appropriate.
I found the owner to be very rude and unprofessional.

My nails look disgusting. This salon is DIRTY.

ive been going to prettylady salon for 3yrs,i get my nails and pedis and Waxing done there,they are very professional and very clean and have been in business for many years.its a very nice shop and the girls are wonderful.
