Moved in about a month ago. Pros: it's quiet, next to a beautiful forest area with a walking/bike trail, loan mountain bikes, and dvds at the office, on site massage business that is very reasonable, two pools, and a specified dog park. Cons: parking is a NIGHTMARE! They have less parking then they do apartments so that you are forced to purchase a parking spot starting at $25/mth. Management can be friendly but it depends who you speak with. Some of the workers just don't care. We spent our first few nights with no AC, when promised they would get on it immediately, their immediately was days later. The décor is extremely cheap. The blinds hardly work, windows get stuck and won't shut, garbage disposal sounds like a jet engine, and beware...they charge for anything and everything they can find. This includes fines for not brining your trash can into your apartment fast enough, having anything outside your breezeway door, having patio to their liking. List goes on but I have no space.

This apartment is horrible...the management is incorporative, when we moved in we had bugs everywhere and FLEES. We just sold our house and are only staying temporary while our new homes is being finished. This is the longest 3 months. This place is a DUMP! DO NOT MOVE HERE.
