Terrible experience

My mom have been here for almost 4 years and since the begining they promise to give her a new carpet to grab her but they haven't. Every year when she renews the contract they said they will work something out and never do. Finally a few days ago a pipe in the apartment broke and it took them 4 days to send someone to do something with the carpet. They hooked a shop vacum (utility room vacum) and left it on them next day they came back and replaced only the padding and mended they aged, ripped aparat almost 10 year old carpet. The apartment smells like something died in there inmagine 4 days to dry a carpet. The Manager was never avalible to talk, mom had to sleep 4 days on a flooded apartment. At some point they said they would changed it and them denied it. When I ask them for the managment company address to write them about the matter they refused to give the information. The diswasher its been broken and reported and never fixed. The police constantly there too. Don't move here the only reason my mom is here is because she cannot afford to pay 100 or 200$ more to go somewhere else. But if you do them think about it..
