Can't say thank you enough for helping my son dr Falkstein. I appreciate all that you did to help him over the years.

We found Dr Falkstein to be very professional. He completed the evaluation for our daughter quickly. Highly recommend him!

Takes FOREVER to get reports. He continued to make excuses and blame others for his lack of completing them. Does not return phone calls and misrepresented cost.

I had my son tested by Dr Falkstein and he helped us a lot with him. He got us the results within 2 weeks and he took our insurance. Our pediatrician gave us a list of numbers to call and we are happy we ended up here.

Unfortunately this parent is unhappy because of her insurance and had no other recourse but to try to ruin my reputation. We always try to verify benefits and do our best to obtain an accurate estimate. All of my adult patients and the parents of children we see are informed from the beginning that they are ultimately responsible for knowing what their insurance benefits. They sign an agreement documenting that they are aware that it is their responsibility and that we try to get an estimate of benefits as a courtesy but they need to be aware of their own benefits and they will be responsible for any copays, coinsurance, and deductible. In this particular case, we charged the insurance 2,100.00 for a very extensive psychological evaluation. We took their insurance so that amount was adjusted down to around 900.00 which is what we expected to get paid for 12 hours of our time. There was a hidden deductible that neither us nor the parents were aware of so when the claim was processed and they found out that they didn't get a 2100.00 evaluation for free they were upset. I never lied. why would I lie to a parent about a hidden deductible - I want to get paid for services provided and if I did this some parents wouldn't be able to pay and I would have to take a loss of time and money. We didn't call her back because she said she was calling the insurance to find out why they didn't pay the claim. We did threaten to take this parent to small claims court if she continued with the chargeback on her credit card of the full amount paid - 941.00. She tried to cancel the payment on the credit card she used after she got the test results and report. The credit card company sided with me and refunded the money back. This is why this parent is so angry and wrote this negative review. I have tested over 5000 individuals and almost all have had positive experiences. All I can say to potential patients is to be aware of what your benefits are and don't get angry at the Dr. who is trying to help you because you have to pay for the services provided. We conducted an extensive psychological evaluation that would have cost them $1500-2000 from a Dr. that didn't take their insurance. as far as The Holiner group. they are great. We refer to them all the time for medication; however, they are psychiatrists and don't do psychological evaluations, which is what we specialize in.

I started out happy with the Dr. until the day I went in for my results. The Dr. lied straight to my face about my insurance company giving him the wrong information and then informed me that I would be responsible for the over $900 worth of testing. 1. He didn't check the coverage with a person like he told me he did. If he had we would have known before the $2400 testing it wasn't covered 2. He knew weeks before I came in that the claim was denied and didnt call me. 3. I waited 3 weeks for the results after I paid out of pocket. He was very deceitful and even called and threatened to sue me over $180. I should have stuck with the Holiner Group they are honest and great with kids.

Dr Falkstein was very helpful with our son. We had been to three other professionals before bringing our son in to work with Dr Falkstein. Highly recommend him and his assistant Dr. Mona

Dr. Falkstein was great. My son was struggling at school and Dr. F helped him get back on track.

Even though we had to wait a few weeks for Dr. Falkstein to evaluate our son for autism we had a very good experience with him and appreciate all of the recommendations and guidance he gave us.
