Provided by YP.comThe receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The ultrasound lady was a bit short in the beginning but was more conversational as some time passed. It was my first ultrasound so I appreciate the procedure explanations to put my worries at ease.

Provided by YP.comReceptionists were a bit rude or should I say aloof. Seemed like they were put out by having to do their job. MRI guy was nice and I had no issues with procedure. Probably would choose a different location next time if given a choice.

Provided by YP.comI have used Envision on several other occassion and will again today. I have never had any negative issues with then except for wait time.
Thank you for saying you have not had any negative issues. Wait time varies depending on prep and procedure. For instance we accomodate walk in x-rays so there might be a time we have several come in at once vs the other departments that have one patient scheduled at a time. In the medical field we have to be flexible for fitting in STAT patients if necessary. We appreciate that everyone's time is important and we will continue to try our best to give each patient the care and time they deserve. Thank you!

Provided by YP.comEnvision Imaging provided the MRI services we needed, but their billing practices need serious revision. We paid our estimated patient responsibility on the date of service, but then Envision sent us a refund almost 7 months later because they didn't check their records from our insurance company accurately. Then, almost two years later, Envision billed us again because the insurance company had taken money back from Envision. Envision blamed my insurance company, and the insurance company blamed Envision. Who was stuck with the consequences? The patient. If Envision would check their records from the insurance companies more closely, this problem could have been avoided. I am not the only patient affected by this situation. Apparently, Envision was slammed with a bill for $90,000 by CIGNA because of Envision's faulty billing practices.
Although I am not sure of your specific situation let me assure you we strive to refund patients immediately. Not sure who expressed to you that we were slammed with a bill from CIGNA but that is untrue. There has been occurances that have occurred in which the insurance companies either pay us the wrong amount and therefore we have to follow up with them and the patient. Again, I am unsure of your specific case but if any of our patient has any questions or follow up we have a wonderful billing office or one of our supervisors will personally follow up to explain any and all situations until the situation is solved. We strive for each one of our patients to have stress free service from any of our locations. I am very apologetic for your experience and thank you for your comments.
