Provided by YPmobileHorrible service. Appears to be professional but lacking customer service. I received eyelash clusters that were supposed to stay on for 2 weeks...they lasted 3 days on one eye....when I returned she pretends as if it was my fault. And does not try to fix it.
In this situation it was explained to the client that the tabs last up to 2 weeks depend on how well you take care of them. When the client came back in one tab was missing from the corner of one eye. She wanted it fixed at that time, but I was headed out to a wedding, and explained she could make an appointment, to which she responded that she would never come back again and threaten to sue. I go above and beyond for my clients, but in this situation, her answer to me, when I tried to schedule her in made it impossible for me to help her any further in this situation.
