Never use the outlet next time. My daughter bought a handbag for mother's day gift for me.

I thought it was too small, plus it started to sag, once I took all the stuffed paper out of it.

My daughter went to return it, next day, she was told, she can only get a store credit.

I went in to talk to the manager, she was very rude. I have the store credit, but I will never ever buy Michael Kors product again. It seems like once they get your money, they never want to return it. I guess, they are not very confident about their product.

When I looked online for a refund policy, this is what I found. It clearly states, I can get a refund withing 30 days.

New, unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any Michael Kors US Outlet Store within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by an original Michael Kors receipt or gift receipt. Merchandise credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

I bought $500 worth of bags and glasses from this store. I went back in 2 days to return one of the bags because I realize it was too big for me. The manager name Marcus was damn rude and racist to me and my husband. He refused to accept the bag for exchange just because it contained a paper of mine and claimed that he cannot resell used. I only put some stuff in to carry and see if it would work for me. But he was so rude and threatened to call security when I asked him to be reasonable. If he thinks he cannot resell then, he should not have the return policy. Future customers beware of this outlet. You will get your refund, only store credit and they make exchange difficult!
