Provided by YP.comI had Mr Parcel ship a birthday gift for my mother with $500 insurance in SEPT 2013. The carrier demolished the gift - to the point that it wasn't even delivered. I have tried since that time to get the insurance claim following all their demands and as of JUN 2014 still no reimbursement. I will NEVER ship anything from this place again. From what the carrier stated - it is up to Mr Parcel to cut me the check and then they reimburse Mr Parcel. THAT is customer service.. what I have had to deal with is NOT. I have now been told that the carrier has closed the claim and there is nothing they can do.. BUT the carrier won't talk to me because the claim is between Mr Parcel and them.
