demanding groomer (a very large person with a shaved haircut). She appears to believe that she is a veterinarian and if she judges your pet to need veterinarian service, she refuses to accept them for grooming. She sent my son home with one of my dogs saying he needed his rabies vaccination. She was wrong, but too lazy to check. We took him back the next day. She was rude and unwelcoming and went through some other check list, appearing to try and find some problem. I have had 100% positive experiences with the PetCo grooming in Allen, until THIS groomer.

Never going back for grooming of either of my dogs, or to buy anything from the Allen Petco store because of this one employee.

We use Petco often for dog, hamster, guinea pig and fish suppies. Prices are reasonable and service is overall good. You should ask if a person is an expert in any given area before taking advice though. They do have personnel working in aquatics sometimes for example that are fill-in's. I like Petsmart also, it is just further away. I think either place has people who really love pets and are friendly.

I'm 17 and I have a pet turtle. With a horrible attitude Petco would not let be by fish for my turtle because I was to young they said. (Go to pets-mart!!) They are a bad store. Go spend your money somewhere else!!!
