I would definitely NOT recommend this pool builder. Our experience with his has been a nightmare! Once he got our last payment, getting the pool completed was like pulling teeth. He didn't properly supervise his workers so I would have to send him pictures of things being done incorrectly. Every little thing that needed to be finished, we had to beg to get it done. I have expressed concerns over the appearance of the plaster since the day it was sprayed. 10 months later, he is still trying to blame it on my pool service, even though I was texting him pictures the day it was sprayed and the days following and have been trying to get this resolved since day one. His response is too bad and he passes the buck...trying to blame it on my pool service. Instead of trying to do the right thing and fix it, he tells us it is not his fault. Chris’ customer service is terrible, and his demeanor is shockingly unprofessional. I was fooled in the beginning with his sales pitch. Don't be fooled.
