I bought a product for my 3 month old puppy that had instructions that were very confusing and unclear. When I tried to return it with my receipt the managers exact words in front of my 12 ur old daughter were, "I don't mean to be a prick, the package is open, I can't return it." SERIOUSLY! How unprofessional. I will never shop there again and in 2 yrs of buying food for 3 dogs, a cat and 2 bunnies, I wish I would have never stepped foot in that place! I'm disgusted!

I would advise them to go some place else. The manager doesn't want there business. He doesn't appreciate his customers. He doesn't want his employees being friendly to there customers. He's rude, arrogant and disrespectful when addressing customers..He told me if I wasn't buying something I could leave. I've bought plenty from that store in the past but it will remain in the past and won't be going there anymore to buy anything... He's a real jerk....
