Mike’s Processing found the problem. And made it right with me. I’m satisfied with the results.

I took a grass fed heifer to Mike processing. Hanging weight for a whole heifer was 810 pounds. Recieved back 450 pounds of meat.
Asked Mike what happened to the rest of the animal, he stated that he threw away 360 pounds of fat and bones.If you want to get the full amount of meat you paid for Mike meat is not the place to go.
