The staff is super friendly. Each and everyone of them has been totally sweet to me and my dog. My Tess is 17 months old. I brought her there when she was about 4-5 months old. She ran right to Nicki (who I think is the owner). As she got a little older and hadn't been the in a bit (I washed her home..but cannot cut nails!)...she was a little shy. She did just fine. They seem to care a lot about the dogs. I've not had any negative experiences.

It is a small place and a little chilly, but the dogs are crated right away.
