Seeking New Doctor

Rude receptionist, no follow up calls, customer NO service regarding refill requests...

We took our 3 year old daughter there on Friday morning for an eye infection. The doctor prescribed a medication for her. We took it to get filled, only to find out that the medication was discontinued quite a while back. The pharmacy called to try to get a real prescription from the Dr's office. Which was a waste of time because no one bothered to answer or call the pharmacy back! It is now Monday, we were trying again today to get medication for her, to find out they are not open until Wednesday! 6 days of additional suffering for her because they apparently do not know what they are doing! By the way...this was NOT the first negative experience we have had with this office. I am only giving them a 1 star because zero stars is not an option.
