I ordered an air conditioner from Lowes and Con-Way promised to deliver on Friday, 9/6 form 3 to 7 PM. I had to take a half day at work to wait for them. They never arrived and never called to say that they would not make it. I found their tracking website on Sunday and they logged that they were at my house at 5:56 PM and I was not home. They then claimed to have called at 9:10 PM to reschedule. Both lies. I called Lowes to cancel and they claimed again to have talked to me and were at the house. I have 3 video cameras covering the home and prove that they never came. This company provides poor customer service and I will make sure in the future that they are not transporting my orders. If you experience the same treatment, please post to expose this behavior.
