Mid September 2015 I went in to make my monthly purchase (approximately $300). I was told the purchase did not go through and they had to ring it up again on a second register. When I got home, I checked with my bank and was told there were two charges. I immediately called G & R and informed them of this. I was told to wait a day or two and they would take care of this. I called daily for 2 weeks and even took in a print out showing proof. They told me I was wrong.

My bank agrees with me and sent me their statement. I will be taking that in. I don't expect much at this point and will be taking them to small claims court. I was a loyal, respectful customer. Do NOT take chances shopping here. They do not understand good, honest business practice
