Pathetic operation at this place. The waiting room has about 5 seats and when I was there, at least 10 people were waiting. It was 1 hour after my appointment time before I was able to fill out paperwork. While I was waiting the receptionists/nurses were making a huge deal out of people not knowing the address/phone number of their pharmacies. Several people walked out because of this. Finally 2 and a half hours after my appointment time I was seen by the nurses. The medical care I was given was second rate. The nurses seemed incompetent, the two who saw me were arguing about how to clean my second degree burn. I received the exact same care as I did in my local ER, cleanse and bandage. This place is an absolute waste of time, head to Temple if you need serious attention.

Doesn't seem to matter if your having a problem-YOU MUST WAIT!. Referral was sent 6 days ago. I was told the office would contact me to set up an appointment. Called my primary back on the 5th day and asked for the Dr.'s number. Called and of course got an answering machine. Left message to PLEASE call me I need to see the Dr. Still no call. I can understand the Dr. being busy, but his office staff is to busy to call and schedule an appointment which will probably be another couple of weeks before I can get in to see him. ?????????????
