I bought 2 tires at beginning of june 2018. I just went back on July 30th 2018 to replace the ones they put on in june. The could not get the lug nuts off they tighten up the last time and then broke one of the lug nut studs. Then they told me I had to go to a mechanic to get fixed. I was driving with only three lug nuts. When omi went to mechanic they told me that whoever put the tires on over tighten then and destroyed the lug nut studs. I have to get all four replaced and it cost me 120 dollars. I dont recommend them. They will damage your vehicle and take no responsibility for their mistakes. I will be talking to the BBB agency and getting legal advice. Dont go here
