This place is a joke, and doesn't care about their patients. Let's start from the very first appointment. We waited over and hour for our first ultrasound at 9 weeks. The tech came in, did what she needed to do...took a total of 3 minutes, didn't explain anything to us, and then was done. Told us the heartbeat but didn't show us. Then the doctor came in, and made a VERY rude comment... "Time to buy a wedding dress or shotgun".. I'm assuming it's bc I didn't have my wedding ring on... Totally unprofessional. Our second appoint wasn't as bad, but one girl says it's okay to use the bathroom then the ultrasound tech comes in and says "hope you have a full bladder".. Well no bc I was told I could use the bathroom. So we had to wait while I downed water. For my third appointment, I had it scheduled for X time... Well when the automated call service called as a reminder... It was magically an hour earlier.. I called the next day to double check and they again said it was an hour earlier then what was originally scheduled.. Ok, maybe I wrote it down wrong... Well the fourth appointment.. Same thing happened. But this time I confirmed it face to face at the 3rd appointment and it was in fact scheduled for X time. But when the automated called it was an hour earlier then what was confirmed 2 times. I call to question this bc I can't just make arrangements for work with a day notice... Well the only option was to fully reschedule.... Or to suck it up. This place is a joke and I will not be returning.
