Penn windows replaced all the windows in my 70 year old house. The sales representative was professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done and the cost associated with it. There were no surprises. I was shown different window options and there was no pressure to buy now or the price would change. When the windows arrived and were installed there was no mess for me to clean up. The installers were friendly and knew exactly what they needed to do. I am extremely happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone needing new windows or doors.

There are lots of other more honest, reputable window companies in the Allentown area than this one. We ordered 26 top quality windows - 21 as replacements, 5 for new construction in an addition. The replacements were all too long, leaving us to cut through ceramic tile in 4 rooms in order to make them fit, and sand, prime and paint all of the trim for all of the windows when we had been told that none of the existing interior moldings would be touched. The new construction windows were all too short for the opening sizes they advised us to have our contractor leave, leaving their installer to do a patch job to fill in the 1" on top of the new windows, that I now have to slice and trim moulding to cover. On top of that the arrogant owner told me that the contractor should have measured the windows himself instead of using the opening dimensions they provided. We can understand mistakes but have little use for businesses that make excuses and don't accept responsibility for their errors. We now need new doors but would never even consider using this company again.
