After getting off the phone with three PPL employees and having three of the worst experiences of my years long relationship with that company, I must say that PPL seems to have no shortage of employees who are short tempered, ignorant, unwilling to listen (talked over me almost constantly), and just plain dumb.

The dumbness isn't even the most irritating problem. I would rather talk to an ignorant or dumb PROFESSIONAL person on the phone any day, but RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL representatives are unacceptable! PPL is going downhill fast. Too bad there isn't any alternative. And too bad PPL can't get things right on their website either. There are so many errors with my account on their site that never get fixed! Disgraceful!!! I just wonder what the heck we're actually paying for.
