RCMoore Unique/The Good Buy Girls have been reaching out to past consigners and customers. In our 18 days we have been in business, we have sent almost $1000.00 in consignment checks. Whatever has taken place in the past, we can do nothing about. But what we can offer is a new shop, new business and a trustworthy business relationship. We have a list of references that can vouch for our reputation. It's a shame that people who were wronged do not wish to give us a chance, but will post hatred on a public website. We pity this evil, vindictive person. . We have received positive responses from all customers except this one person who is on a mission to destroy something she knows nothing about. Be leery if using this consigner. I have taken a lot of merchandise to this business and never received payment. When I would come in to retrieve my items they 'couldn't be found'. It appears that they were collecting the money and paying for the items. Thievery at it's best.

I went in today to speak with owner about her credit card processing system. My office in Dallas, Tx Confirmed the appointment with the owners daughter Gina. I walked at 1:55 pm 5 mins early. The store seemed nice enough. Nice things to look at. The owner of the store had her feet propped up on the sales counter and talking to her mail carrier. I patiently waited unroll she had finished her conversation.
The first words our of her mouth where, I'm not going to like this! I proceeded politely and professionally to advise owner that my marketing center had set a appointment with Gina, Witch I found out to be the owners daughter. She started by being very condescending and rude. Granted not all merchants are excepting of sales professional. But when someone is offended by being called mam? I explained that this is simply a thing called respect. And she proceeded not so politely to tell me that we are not in Ky, witch is where I'm from. But lived and worked proudly in the Lehigh Valley since 1991. And said, people up here are: and made another rude gesture by slapping her self in the hand! I thanked her got her time very politely and walked out. I assumed that maybe she was having a bad day.

But after reading a previous review from a young lady in the summer, attempting to consign some clothing. Read previous reviews. It's a wonder to me that this lady is capable of sustaining a buisness and treating customers with any kind of respect. I am horrified that anyone especially a merchant on the west side of Allentown Pa in the theater district no less. Can or will continue to build good buisness with consumers especially in this economy with her demioner and attitude. I am totally appalled! I am always looking for nice consignment shops where to find quality clothing at a resonance price. Just fair warning, if you wish to be treated like a human being with dignity and respect. Stay away from this buisness? I only taped 1 star because I had too. If it where up to me it would be a 0-

Great shop with great prices. I bought a gorgeous coat for $20. The woman working there was very sweet. I will definately recommend this to my friends.

I went to this store for the first time today to offer clothes for consignment. To call the owner rude is doing her a favor. She is horrible! That they do any business at all might be because of the merchandise. I don't know-- I didn't stay long enough to check things out. I was shocked by her attitude and demeanor. Once and done for me. I will never go back, for any reason.
