I absolutely can not say enough about the electrical repair work that they do. I own 2 very old lamps (one turn of the century, the other Mid Century Modern) that needed difficult rewiring. I took them both to 2 other reliable electricians, neither of which was able to fix them. I was so impressed that Rittersville Electric not only rewired them but they also kept the integrity of their age intact. Both lamps now work perfectly! The shop is old school and no frills, but do not be turned away by this! They have the skills and care of craftsman from what I remember of my childhood. Thank goodness they are still around!

The owner Nancy spent 2 hours with my girlfriend and I helping us find bedroom table lamps. They have a huge selection of lighting in their showroom and she was willing to order anything we wanted that they didnt have. It's cash only but they offer great deals. They also sell a lot of made in USA products. They are not a chain or franchise so you'll feel better supporting a local business. They also sell parts and repair lamps and other lighting. They also have a lot of Tiffany glass. You dont get the help we got here at a chain store.
