The absolute worst "Dry" Cleaners I have ever used! Not an exaggeration. They claim their "Wet" Cleaning service is just as good as "Dry" Cleaning, but they lie! My clothes came back ruined. They were bleached and shrunk and they simply said "too bad." They don't speak English, they are rude and arrogant and quite frankly I don't understand why anyone would go there. I have not had a single item of clothing that they did not destroy including alterations! I went there one time with several items, all were returned damaged and their attitude was "too bad." You risk the same by going here. Never Again!

I dropped off two dresses on a Monday to be done by Thursday evening. When I went to pick them up Friday afternoon one of the dresses was still in the dirty bin! She had claimed there was a stain she had been trying to remove, but failed to call me and let me know. When the dress was magically finished an hour later she refused to give me any kind of discount for the inconvenience! Then tried to only give me a dollar discount on a $52 bill (she was yelling at me that “no one complains on late service and she was being generous with the dollar off”). I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend, and I will NEVER be using this establishment again!
