The worse customer service EVER. The dispatch is lying his teeth off, 2 hours waiting, every call I've been told the driver is 10 minutes away, and nobody show up. At the top all of this bad experience, the dispatch is hanging the phone on you like you are a piece of trash, not a customer.

Worse service ever!! Called them at 12:27 they said they would be 15 minutes it's been a hour and a half still no one I recommend quick service their great and always come in a reasonable amount of time and if they can't they have the decency to tell you

I'm sad to write another 1 star review for another Lehigh Valley taxi company, but they never showed up simply because it was 4:30am and cold. I called and reserved a taxi well in advance from their office. My mistake. If a friend haven't been on call as a backup, I would have missed my flight. I recommend Uber.
