I am retired after 35 plus years in home improvement industry.  Our business concept is to provide affordable structural repair services (ie drywall repairs, doors, windows, garage doors, plumbing and wiring). We also install hot water tanks, dishwashers, ceiling fans, new outlets, CATV connections, replacement windows, garage doors and openers and entry/storm doors.  We also provide property management services to apartment owners such as cleaning and basic inspections (which are free, BTW).  We clean homes including windows and appliances on a weekly or one-time basis.  Our basic service call is just 35 dollars and there is no fee unless we fix the problem. Same day service is available.
