I bought my vehicle there at a...

I bought my vehicle there at a reasonable price. However, their service department is horrible. The manager outright lies to customers and tried to decline paying the rental company (Enterprise) for the 'loaner car' they gave me for free while they serviced my vehicle.

It took over six months to get resolved, and when I went to pick up a rental car from Enterprise in Texas I found my name had been placed on a 'Do Not Rent' list. Fortunately the local Enterprise location knew how Montrose operates and sent me a letter a few months earlier that clarified the situation.

The letter resolved the situation, but the countless phone calls over payment that was Montrose's responsibility (clearly stated in the bill) caused me a lot of stress.

Bob, the service manager, lied to me, lied to Enterprise, and yet he is still there.



Due to my experience I cannot recommend Montrose Ford of Alliance Ohio - unless you want to be lied to, overcharged, and then screwed by the service manager [Bob] when everything is said and done.



Deplorable business practice.
