I have never once had any issues any gear or buying anything that did not work. The staff has always been very kind and helpful.

we drove 2 and a half hours to get here because of the manager said that he would sell me blackops 2, appon arriving we where handed two blank cd rom disks, and not even an apology for the wasted gas , and promised game. i am posting on Facebook for all my thousand friends to see NEVER to come to this store again. and also tweeting to all of my five thousand followers that this store is the absolute worst game store to EVER Go to.
