Our washer and dryer were old. The washer was moldy and the dryer was marking up our clothes. We shopped around at multiple big box and local stores and they all said we didn't have enough room in our laundry room to get anything but junky/cheap replacement ones. We really wanted nicer Speed Queens. None of the stores bothered to send anyone out to measure or look at our laundry room to see what would fit. They just looked at a photograph we had and the dimensions of our washer and dryer. Daniel's actually sent someone out to measure, figured out a way to fit Speed Queens in by side venting the dryer and we had new premium Speed Queen washer/dryer set within a week. Hands down this was the best experience I ever had purchasing appliances.
