I was very happy with the service I got here. I boarded my cat over the busy 4th of July weekend. When I dropped him offf, I found the staff very accomadating. Prior to taking him for boarding, I talked to the staff by phone. They made sure they had his medical records, veteranarian's name, any special needs, etc. on file. When I picked him up, he was ready, all his personal belonginings (carrier, toys, etc) were accounted for and the process was seemless as well. It is also a very nice country setting. Several cats live there full time and wander freely on the grounds. My pet felt right at home there. I would highly recommend them.
