Let me preface this by saying that I never write reviews. But I had such a bad experience at this auto body shop that I feel like I have a responsibility to share with others so they can avoid what I went through. My brakes went out right in front of Mascari so I drove it into their lot and asked them to fix it. They did so rather quickly and I was back on the road that day. Fast forward a month later, the brake line is leaking and needs to be totally replaced. However, Mascari wouldn't lift a finger to help us and make their mistake right. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of integrity. I will never take my car here again or utilize their gas station. I urge you to stay away as well and go to Firestone instead

I received the WORST service I have experienced at this shop. I took my car there for a bumper cover replacement. When they called me a few days later to pick up my car, the paint was still tacky, rubbed off from where it met the metal fender, had dirt in it, and several drips. I refused delivery. They called me back the next day and it someone had dabbed on touch up paint. I insisted that they strip the cover and repaint it. Well, they repainted it right over all the flaws in the paint. They couldn't even be bothered to replace the plastic pins that hold the interior pieces in place in the trunk.



The owner yelled and screamed at the insurance agent and refused to fix and stand by his shop's work.



I would NEVER recommend using this shop for service.

MASCARI AUTO CENTER has the cleanest shop I have ever seen. I took my Raptor here to get collision work done and when I got it back it looked better than when I bought it new. They cleaned and detailed my whole truck and I got status text messages with photos 2 times a day while it was getting repaired. How much more can you ask for? Needless to say... I will be not only coming here for collision work ( let's hope I don't have to anyways)... But I will be getting all my mechanical/service work done here too. The office people were incredibly kind as well especially the girl at the front desk, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. 5 stars!

I take all of my vehicles to Mascari's. They are the most trustworthy, cleanest, auto repair shop in Pittsburgh. They do outstanding paint and body work, exotic restorations, mechanical and maintenance, just everything for your vehicle. The shop is just immaculate you could eat your dinner off the floor! Love the warm kind and loving family atmosphere in the office also. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
