Provided by YP.comCharged my wife and I $1500 for 'rolling' the ATV. We did not roll it, nor did we do anything but cruise around--cemetery and mirror lake. Beware of this outfitter. Also, but not as big of a deal, the young men running the place were 40 minutes late the morning we went, so we stood outside waiting for them to turn up. the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Provided by YP.comPoor business practices. ATVs not always available even if you reserve 6 months prior. Reserved a 4 passenger and the atv was broke down. Was going to have to rent two for the 4 people in my family. Would not give discount on other atvs. I would have had to spend almost double for my family. NO DISCOUNT for not having one available. Also, was told deposit is not a guarantee for rental. RENTER BEWARE.

Provided by YP.comWill not rent from this company again. I rented a 2 seat atv for 3 days and apon returning the atv was stuck with a $400 repair bill. Chris the owners son was the very unprofessional. When I first rented the ATV I was told about damages to the vehicle I would have to pay for up to thier deductable. Which for ATV's was $1500. On my three day rental I bent an A arm which I was told would cost me $175. I had no problem paying that and the signs on there front desks states A arm $175. I also had a small gash in a front tire. I was told front tire replacement would cost me $125 and another sign on thier front desk stated tires were $125-$150. Well here is where the problem started. Long story short they dismounted tire and no hole so got it removed from bill. In the pre rental they dont tell you that your going to pay labor charges of what ever they want for replacing the parts. After doing some internet searching on the parts I found it for $75. So I would hope that charging you $175 would include the labor. Granted you have shipping costs as well. Or at least tell you there is labor on top of it. At the end of it the repair bill was $242 for 1 bent A arm which I then payed for. But when I asked for my blank copies of my credit card they took for my $1500 insurance deductable. Chris lied and said he didnt have them when I saw them myself stapled to the rental contract. When I then made him show me the paperwork he tried to hide the fact that they were stapled to it. When I pointed it out to him that they were right there he ripped them off and burned them infront of me and a friend of mine that was there. If you need more details on my very unhappy experience with this company feel free to contact me and Ill fill you in on all the details.
