Provided by YP.comWell, if you're expecting a five-star resort, this isn't the place for you. That's what makes this place so great. Taylor Park Trading Post is rustic by design. It's a basic accommodation for those who simply want a place to sleep, clean up, relax, and eat while exploring what nature has to offer. For those purposes, it's a nearly perfect escape.
There's no TV, no Wi-fi. It's remote, it's basic, and it's comfortable. They have everything you need - comfy beds, linens, basic kitchen necessities, etc. It's meant to provide you a basic home away from home while you're on a Colorado adventure. It's not a resort spa where you're being pampered 24/7. They've never pretended to be that, they don't want to be that. Their regular guests don't want that either.
The Cranors have run this place since the 1950's. You have to make reservations over a year in advance or otherwise get lucky and get in with a cancellation. They have hundreds and hundreds of repeat customers, many of them from families who have gone there for generations (like ours!). They must be doing it right.
