This is the worst place I've ever lived. In June 2016 management hired residents to trap wild and domestic cats. Our cat was one of those cats. He got out on accident. Management refuses to tell us where our cat is, moreover, they've lied to the police about hiring residents. DON'T MOVE HERE PLEASE.

When we first found this place we were thrilled - it seemed there was no problem too big for them to overcome in getting us here, and believe me, I threw quite a few obstacles in their way in hopes that it would either prove too good to be true or that this place was the real deal. Nothing I presented them with phased them at all. They have one particular company they use to move mobile homes but made it clear that we were free to choose someone else if we wanted to. I figured they knew what they were doing more than I so we went with their people. I wish now I had hired someone myself. After our home was moved to the park and initial set up began I began noticing the problems. The moving crew like to cut corners - a lot. In doing so they screwed up the plumbing and inspectors made them fix it. When they replaced the skirting they failed to install vents - this could lead to MAJOR problems later, the biggest of which is your floors rotting out. When they reinstalled our deck and awning I believe they must have done so without any sort of level, and it's very apparent. There are quite a few other problems including drilling screws into my new $5,000 roof which has voided the 20 year warranty I had on it, as well as driving screws into my new (2011) hot water tank to secure it to the wall during the move - another voided warranty. Lots of damage caused by these people. When we attempted to get the Kingsbrook staff to help force the movers (whom they hired) to correct the problems we met with major reluctance on their part to get involved. It was eventually pointed out that I had signed a waiver releasing them from any responsibility involving the movers, again, whom they hired and are still being used by Kingsbrook. It was also thrown in our face how much they went "out of their way" to move our "crap" and we should be more appreciative. I didn't want to believe it but I guess I should have seen it coming - the honeymoon was over. I would strongly advise not trusting these people at all. If you still feel the need to move here be very careful about the paperwork you sign and absolutely refuse any "favors" they might offer to get you here because they will be sure to remind you of them should any problems arise.

This place sucks!! The only way the manager is friendly is

if you are going to move in. NO POOL-NO PLAYGROUND-

and RENT just keeps going up..They are not even in the office

all the time.3 moved out this weekend alone due to management. It just keeps getting emptier in here with all the trailers going. NO ONE wants to be here as long as its the same management. And her mother is no better..BE WARNED!!! DO not move in..Talk to people in here first..you will see..
