Horrible customer service. Stopped in because my vehicle was making a horrible noise and smelt like something was burning. I just wanted him ( Bret ) to look it over give me a idea I'd what was wrong and tell me if it was safe to drive because I had my kids in the car. Instead he shooed me away and told me he didn't have time as rudely as he could. There was a time when I recommended everyone to him. Now STAY AWAY!!! Go elsewhere unless you want to be treated like crap and probably have half ass work done because he could care less if you or your children are safe!!

Went to Brett's auto yesterday. I was delivering an engine that a friend of mine had bought from me. Brett had quoted him a price on the engine swap. I called ahead to let them know I was coming. When I got there I waited awhile. Finally Bret just walks right past me, NEVER acknowledges me. Walks out to my truck and just starts B#itching and complaining. About how not doing this swap, cause he isn't getting paid enough for it, and doesn't have the time. Calls friend and tells them he not doing. Meanwhile I am still standing there silent. So finally he is done complaining I ask him," well what about me? I'm here because you gave your word?" That pi$$ed him off. He said screaming at me and pointing his finger at me. I thought we were about to fight. Brett is NEVER unprofessional and dishonest. Please don't support such a person.

I called to talk with someone about getting a possible estimate on some brake work and the person I talked to was the rudest person I have EVER talked to in my life. Infact he even hung up on me. I would NEVER recommend him to ANY of my friends. All I wanted was an close possible estimate on a master brake cylinder, which is about a $8 to $10 part, and I needed an estimate on labor. He kept telling me I had to bring it in. I explained I had no brakes to bring it in. If he would have given me a possible cost not actual, I would have had it towed over, but instead he was rude and lost business by hanging up on me. If he wasn't the owner, then he needs to be fired and I am gonna turn this over to the BBB..
