If I could give the con-artists ZERO stars I would!! They would not negotiate the price of the vehicle even when it was way over NADA blue book price. When we arrived they had it running and ready for us for a test drive, it ran nice and was clean with no visible rust. The only thing we didn't care for was the loud strange rubbing sound we heard when we turned. We were told it was just the tread of the special type of tires it had on it. So we went ahead and purchased. We purchased four new tires the following month but the rubbing when you turn was still there. Then came the power steering leak. One bottle of fluid every other week. FOUR MONTHS later while idling in a parking lot the engine starting knocking. We shut it off right away and had it towed to the closest mechanic. The PCV valve became stuck open and it blew out 4 quarts of oil and BLEW THE ENGINE!! $5000 for a new engine on top of the $6000 we owe on the vehicle loan. Then it was every other month something else happened where we had to take it in. We finally had enough. We took it in to another dealership as a trade-in. WE WERE OFFERED $500!! There were so many major issues with it for one thing and the kicker.. Carfax report showed TWO accidents ONE WAS MAJOR that Cliff Anschuetz Chevrolet NEVER TOLD US ABOUT. Please look elsewhere!!

My experience with the body shop was great. The service was professional, efficient, and exactly the type of service you would hope to get when dealing with this type of situation. I was also given a loaner car while waiting for mine to be fixed. The repairs look flawless, I would definitly go there again. (I can't speak on prices, my insurance covered the cost.)

Body shop was overpriced compared with other body shops in the area.

Sales team is good; however, the service department is not good and is why I would not buy another new vehicle here. Had oil changed here and then changed oil myself after 3000 miles - used filter was very dirty and heavy. Extremely over tightened lug nuts on wheels after tire rotation. Used refurbished parts on a warranty job and then charged fee for "diagnostics" on a warranty repair. Would not recommend the service department at Anschuetz.
