Michigan East Side Sales L.L.C. is a licensed, bonded, and insured Manufactured Home/Mobile Home Retailer. We have been in business for over 20 years, and offer a variety of services in addition to selling manufactured/mobile homes. We have a 6 acre sales lot in Alpena, MI, where we repair and resell pre-owned homes. We typically have 20 to 30 homes in inventory at all times, all at one location. We offer delivery and setup services, as well as all other services to place a manufactured/mobile home on private property or in a park or community.
