I have to say that our experience with these people was greatly disappointing. I have a Pomeranian and I asked them to trim him lightly. They shaved his whole underside and in between his legs. He looked like a "bow legged cowboy). He was shaved and not trimmed properly as his top cut was very choppy and ugly. I was soo disappointed. My dog clung to me scared to death. The workers were nice but they were piled inside this small room with their own pets, cages, two workers and one blow drying a huge sheppard. The place was covered in dog hair. ughg..I never had a dog that needed grooming before so I asked around and had friends who go there. It took a couple of times for them to get them to listen and get it right. I went to another true groomer and she sd it would take over six months for his hair to grow out so she could cut him properly. I was taking him to my daughters wedding.

This gal has moved her shop to Lincoln where she lives. I am looking for a new groomer but Muddy Paws WILL NOT BE IT. If u want ur pet seriously shaved, go there. IF not...stay away!..:)

AWFUL place, customer service non-existent, moved my pets to another location without telling me, and weren't open to pick up my pets!! HUGE INCONVENIENCE--never again will my pets be boarded there!!!!!

I had my dog groomed here a couple of times, the staff I dealt with we're pleasant & polite. The dog is pretty easy going and was just as happy when I picked him up as he was when I dropped him off.

Every time I have my westie washed and cut at Muddy Paws they do an excellent job.
