Walking into the tiny store, resembles that of the European bakeries. To the left are refrigerated items filled with sandwiches, dinner options, take home pies and cakes. The right side displays glass peek-boo containers filled with various individually sliced sweets, including bon-bons, muffins, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, etc. Being that I had never been there, I was very excited to learn that all of these options were gluten-free and some were even paleo and vegan. I chose the the chocolate chip cupcakes and the samoa and derby bars, I came into the store because I was using Scoutmob, which the baker/cashier did not seem to pleased with. The cupcakes were very dry and crumbled, instead of being fluffy and soft, but the samoa and derby bars were rich tasting and perfectly sweet and gooey. If you need to find a allergy-friendly bakery, definitely try this place out.
