Provided by YPmobileIt has been 9 weeks and 3 days (as of today) since I totaled my car. My insurance company, ACCC (aka American Century) finally decided today that they would pay off my car, and they, or should I say Gail Hayes in the Alpharetta office, was not very nice through this entire thing! It was not my fault, and I was their customer, and she was very hateful every time I spoke with her about my car. I invested a good amount of money in them for my gap insurance and full coverage, and they are only giving me enough to pay my car off! I'm glad I didn't get hurt, because only God knows how much longer it would have taken them. I really discourage anyone to use this insurance company! There is no reason why it has taken them this long!

Provided by YP.comThey suck! Period, point, blank. If, by any chance, you get in a car accident; pray that was not caused by someone who has this insurance company. I have been dealing with them for nearly 6 months. They don't return phone calls, they are impatient, and they will try avoid calling the at fault party if you dont bug them about it because at 30 days your claim is dismissed, which means you are left with nothing. They are rude, the people in the call center hang up on you, there is not sense of urgency. Ms. Cason was also my adjustor just like the commenter below. She's got the absolute worst attitude, she is always gone and does not return calls (which is a trend with everyone there.) Her supervisor claims shes always out of the office because she is sick, and if thats the case someone needs to be her backup to deal with the cases when she is gone. Evenetually I got switched to the total loss department and things looked hopeful with Ms. Byrd but she also had a bit of an attitude at first. After I told her she should calm down with her tone she got better and was a lot more helpful than Ms. Cason but she is still awful with returning phone calls, and answering her phone. Their supervisor Mr. Fields is not helpful either, he was the one that tried to tell me that if they didnt get in contact with the at fault party in 30 days there would be nothing done with the claim. But when my insurance called the at fault party they were more than willing to give a statement to help me resolve the issue leaving me to believe that they didnt start calling until I called and got upset with them. This is not how a business should be run and I hope that one day this company is shut down. I have read plenty of horror stories and they have such a bad rep that my attorneys office avoids cases with that involve them, they will only handle personal injury.
