Mike was a stand up guy. He gave it to me straight exactly what was wrong with my fridge and how much it would cost to fix it. I've dealt other companies in the past and always felt like I couldn't 100% trust them. I had no reason to feel this way with Appliance Service Pro from the initial call to the tech showing up. I'd highly recommend them and will use them again.

When my Kenmore refrigerator started to make a funny sound I called my local Atlanta appliance company. they had a repair man sent to me the same day! When the repairman arrived, he went through the usual diagnostics. He was of great service. Not only did he diagnosis the problem the first time around, but he went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. He also cleaned out the condenser coils. Now that's what I call service. I would recommend this company again.

5 star experience. Right after the call was made they had a repair tech at my home in under 20 minutes! They repaired my refrigerator super fast and were very friendly to me and all of my family. The service charge was way less than I expected and they didn't charge me for a hose for the fridge too. I really appreciate the hard work. Thanks again.

Very good experience. This company did perfect service for me. My refrigerator was repaired 2 month ago, working very good.Now I called for my oven repair. Repair person came and fix it in 30 minutes.This is great!

What a nightmare these folks were. Lady who answers is nice but this is owned and run by a bunch of foreign people that really are rude and actually quite shocking to deal with. Anyway, we had them come out to fix a switch on our stove. The quote was $190 and we were fine with that. Gave them a $50 cash deposit and they said they would be back in two weeks. After a month went by we followed up and found out they could not get the part. They never bothered to let us know until I started calling them. They said they would return the deposit. Well that never happen. Once a month or so I would call them up and have to go through the whole story about what happen and why we were due a refund. They would always tell me they would refund but it never would happen. Finally I called a different number and spoke with a foreign accent man who I was told was the owner. OMG... so nasty and rude! I was in shock how he spoke to me. He wanted a copy of the check and once again I told him it was cash and I had no copy of the check, only a receipt given to me by the tech. He said "I don't care if you call me ten more times, no receipt... no refund" Now I know how dumb it was to pay in cash. This was on a jobsite and my workers were there on the job and not myself so that is why I paid cash and I am certainly not going to lose sleep over $50. I am just so offended over the circus and the treatment of this company that I really wanted people to know how things could go down if you hire them. I will not call them back again. They can keep my $50. Just not worth the stress and the attempts have been unfruitful anyway. One last thought. They could not fix the switch or find the part but the next company I called could so apparently they are not as capable as others with the quality and their abilities. If you do decide to call them I would call 678-437-7721 which is not the nice girl at the call center but the management people. I would simply ask if your not satisfied with their service how will they handle it and I bet their reaction will be enough to let you know to KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY WITH GOOD REVIEWS!

Seriously Check out the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. My experience with this company was terrible. They misdiagnosed the problem, charged me, and when it wasn't working refused to do anything to fix the problem. The manager simply said" the part was installed properly"! In my book if it doesn't work than they didn't fix it!!!! He told me if it was still broken to make a second appt while being completely rude! No thank you! They won't be getting any more of my money!

Terrible service. Tech said he fixed the issue, charged us $144. 2 days later same thing was still happening to our dryer, so we called and said it was not fixed. Tech replied and said that means the part he needs was going to cost an additional $100+. We told him no thanks, can we get our money back (since it is cheaper to buy a new dryer). He responded no problem. A week later our check was cashed and they will not give us our money back and the dryer is still not working. Do not use this company! Just check out their BBB page, you can see how they handle their customers if you look their responses to the complaints on there. Everything from cussing customers out to blaming the customer for their bad service.
