There were 3 projects. 1. Replace the tub 2. install tile with the mural over the tub 3. install a new piece of plyboard on the ramp frame. None of the three was done correctly. Very poor workmanship. I was much better off before they came disrespected my property and left. I purchased a new ABS tub to use as my dog bathtub because I had a tub that was damaged. And, now Steve damaged the new tub so I have another tub that is damaged. Steve's statement that, "it is not a very high quality tub" is totally unsubstantiated. This is the same tub that is installed in travel trailers and motor homes. The quality of the tub is not the issue. The quality, or the lack there of, of their work is the issue.

Previously, I had a drain that sat straight in the tub and drained straight and now I have a drain that sits crocked and water collects on the wall side of the drain. Previously, I had a drain line that was rigged up and now I have a drain line that is rigged up where they cut it and put a coupling in it because Steve was trying to get the tub drain to sit straight. Previously, I had a ceramic mural that was safe in the box and now I have a ruined mural that is on the wall with the grout lines more than three times as wide as the surrounding tile. The mural was intended to be the center piece. I had a ramp that didn't adjoin the wall and now I have a ramp with poor low quality ply board, multiple drill holes that does not touch the floor on the garage end of the ramp. They totally had no respect for my home when they threw mortar and grout all over my brick exterior wall and construction debris in my flower bed.

For almost 6 years, I have used Carpenter and Company when I have had small carpentry, electrical, sheetrock, masonry repair, or general handyman services to be performed at my home. Without exception, I have been impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine sense of caring for my needs/wishes. They are friendly and easy to deal with. Their work is top-notch, on time and on budget. I recommend Carpenter and Company without hesitation!.
