I can’t say enough about how awesome my experience was at Crabapple Automotive! I was in a real bind and needed my brakes fixed quickly. Not only did they do the job quickly, the price was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend Crabapple Automotive!

My daughter called me in tears when the place where she always went messed up her bolt on her oil pan and tried to tell her she needed a new oil pan. I had her take it to Crabapple Car Care Grey was able to fix it without replacing the oil pan which it didnt need. Thanks for being so honest!

Hello everyone my name is Johnathan, Crabapple Car Care has the best customer service! I broke down on hwy 400 and didn't have a clue what to do. I called up to Crabapple Car Care and spoke to Brandon. He was so helpful, I have never had a shop spend time with me over the phone to help me get my car back on the road. I highly recommend everyone to at least give them a chance and I promise you will not be disappointed. Just talk to Brandon and he will take great care of you and any of your questions!

I HIGHLY, HIIGHLY recommend Crabapple Car Care, These are the most honest, caring people, and are fantastic mechanics. They take time to explain what is needed, what they found, and offer options on what can be done.



Also, as a man with three daughters, I am thankful that one of the owners, Bonnie, is a woman. My daughters are treated with respect ahd honesty whenever they take their cars in for service, and are never taken advantage of merely because they are women. I take all of our cars here for all our maintenance, from simple oil changes to major engine repairs, and have NEVER been disappointed.

These people don't know what customer satisfaction is, nor do they know how to run a business. Getting any work done here takes days....even the most simple repair. Their bill rate is $86 per hour, which is a dead giveaway that they are overpriced ripoffs. The old woman runs the business, and she doesn't know anything about cars or mechanical problems. The head mechanic is frequently absent. They hire in temporary people part time to do the heavy lifting and so they can only take certain jobs at certain times when they have the appropriate staff allocated. Not a place to put your confidence.
