Cryology is a health and wellness company dedicated to leveraging state-of-the-art cryotherapy chamber technology and personal expertise to promote overall health and wellbeing. We utilize whole body cryotherapy in our cryotherapy chamber (sometimes called a cryo chamber), local cryotherapy, and other integrated practices to help our clients embrace a lifestyle of health, fitness, and youthful vitality. Whole body cryotherapy is the evolution of cold therapy. Traditionally ice baths are used to provide relief. However, whole body cryotherapy using a cryotherapy chamber takes only two to three minutes and is far less uncomfortable due to its shorter duration. While it serves many purposes, its main goal is to reduce inflammation, pain, muscle soreness or swelling. Additional benefits include toning the skin, improving sleep and managing chronic pain.
