HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY!!
First off, terrible customer service. Once you move in, they could care less about you.
We were great tenants, paid rent a month in advance, took excellent care of the house and did everything that was expected on our end.
Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to terminate our lease 2 months early and move out of state.
After many conversations with our property manager, we figured out that we would save over $700 by doing early termination rather than just pay out the remainder of the lease.
We were told that we would have to pay a full month's rent and receive a check back, for $982, as a pro rated amount. Well needless to say we never got it. First they flat out lied and tried to tell us that they had no record of us paying that month's rent, even tho I had a typed letter, on their letterhead, clearly stating that we had paid. So when that didn't work out for them, they told us that we were misinformed by the property manager who, conveniently, no longer worked there.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!

Before we signed this lease, we told Excalibur that we are looking for a long term commitment because our daughters start school and we don't want to keep moving them around after moving across the country from Phoenix Arizona, they said it wouldn't be an issue. Apart from that we paid you guys for a entire year and have gave no issue, but we are literally being denied our right to clarify a situation that is a life decision for me and my family and The way this is being handled is illegal and unethical. To the point where me and my family have to rely on social media and put our business out to the public just to hear back from our rental company. Right along with now being harassed by complete strangers because the property was put back up in the market for rent without notifying us or even giving us a heads up and also being in a situation where we have not even gotten clarity as to if the certified letter already renewed our lease or if that is even legal to renew and change your mind. All we have to go by is what Frantz tells us, who had clearly shown that he is not of our best interest. I am not sure if this is the type of culture that is accepted within your company but this situation will be exclalated to not just civil court, but to the better business bureau as well. No tenant should have to be denied there rights and there is completely no reason why we have been trying for over a month just to speak with someone and is being told that there is no way we can speak to anyone else besides Frantz, who is clearly trying to cover himself for renewing a lease that he wasn't suppose to but now trying to cover it up by denying us our right to see or speak with anyone. I am a father and family man first and it is very unethical for your company to play around with the well being of my family like it is a game.

I would like to thank Dena Rodrigues and Benny Thomas for completing my move-out quickly and effectively. I trusted Excalibur to find me quality tenants and they did just that for me. When the contract expired they continued to provide great service.

I appreciate everyone at Excalibur very much. I have been renting now for just short of 3 years and they have taken very good care of us. I appreciate their attentiveness to all of our requests. We have had a good experience with Excalibur.

From the initial walk thru of my property to making repairs, collecting rent payments and keeping me inform about the status of my property, Excalibur has been great. This company was helpful and extremely efficient in trying to get my property rented. I would reccommend them to anyone. If you are looking to hire a property manager and you choose another company you are definitely settling for less. Excellent Service!

Check out the Better Business Bureau on this company. This company has had over 9 complaints within the

last 36 months! This company took over 5 months to rent out our property and when the time came for renewal, I

started emailing them in February 2009 and did not get a concrete followup until Aprill 2009. The tenant signed the

1 year lease late and paid his rent late--the nerve of this company collecting 50% of a month's rent!! They are also

supposed to send me the updated walk-through of the property that they claimed they had done weeks ago and I

would get the information by the end of the day on 5/28/09 and I have never received it. WARNING--be sure to

check out the Better Business Bureau before you hire a property management company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR

TIME WITH UNPROFESSIONAL THAT LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

We moved to another state and need to rent our home out. Excalibur took one month's rental fee as a procurement fee. However, when the tenants were evicted and left our home damaged, Excalibur refused to give us the full month's deposit. They also refused to repair damages that were caused by tenants that they placed in our home. This has been a horrible HORRIBLE experience and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Be very cautious.

I just moved here from out of state, and needed a place for my family to join me very quickly. The agent was great, and I was moved in within a week.

I was relocated, and had to rent my home quickly. I contacted Excalibur, and my home was rented before my next mortgage payment was due. I would definitely recommend them!

I called and asked for inof, and the receptionist was very polite and helpful.

A professional, responsive, experienced & personable company who provided the results and customer service they advertised. We would highly recommend Excalibur Home Mgt.
