I recently visited this service location. I was drawn their with a coupon that I received through a school fundraiser. I figured why not give them a shot, if not at the least for being a part of the school's fundraising efforts.



Immediately, when I walked in the door the service at the counter was less than hospitable. As I progressed through the service process, it was more rude behavior coupled with a lot of pressure for additional services. After pushing back several times on the additional services that they were recommending, I had to force them to ring me out and pull my car around so I could leave.



I went into this hoping to have found a new service location that operated ethically and professionally. I got the stereotypical treatment that you expect in this industry. Too bad...

I give them zero stars. I went in to get my air conditioner filled because it was blowing cold not cool. My 86 year old grandma and relatives were coming down for my graduation and the weather forcast was in the 90's. I told the owner I didnt want to drive my grandma around in that heat. After about an two hrs they came out and said "We have bad news. You need a new air conditioner system...$600". I said "no thank you, I'll just pay for todays bill". They charged me $72 for freon and diagnostics test. Once my family left I had time to take it into the shop and this location checke it it was fine and filled it. Now its blowing freezing air but after my grandma had to rough it out in the 90's. I went back to Eric Bustle(owner) and told him he didnt even fill my car with freon but he charged me for it. He gave me a refund for that but said I had to come back in two weeks to get a refund for the diagnostic test. I went back in two weeks and collected it too. I would not trust them.
