This is an awful HOA mgmt company. Our developer was foreclosed on and the bank as the declarant selected a mgmt company. Their choice has refused to provide a budget, even though repeatedly requested. Refused to provide a physical address or allow homeowners to meet with assigned party to handle complaints. Refused to respond to correspondence. Refused to have anyone available when called - always OUT. Refused to respond to email. The homeonwers in our partially completed subdivision are boycotting and refusing to pay these bills that are being mailed out since we haven't received ANY information regarding what we are paying for. Our lawn service stopped last November, our streetlights shut-off. Why would we pay without an explanation as to what they are doing with our money. DON'T let these people work with your HOA.
